For the second time in 2016, North Dakota State and South Dakota State met on the gridiron in the Fargodome.

After falling to the Jackrabbits with one second left in the game back in October, the vindictive Bison got their revenge, blowing out the Bunnies 36-10. An Easton Stick-led Bison offense scored 36 unanswered points that was energized by a 20-play, 82-yard scoring drive that ate up 12:09 of the clock in the second quarter. Stick ran for two touchdowns and threw for one as he led the Bison to their 18th-straight home victory in the playoffs.
