After filling up on delicious tailgating food, test you football skills with a handful of games.

How to participate.
You can participate in the Tour before every Bison home game in the tailgating lot in an area called “Thundar Alley.” This is where you can enjoy all the Big Flavor products, receive cool promotional items and test your football skills. You can also sign up for the “Taste Buds” fan club online for your chance to win Tangy Summer Sausage!

What is the Big Flavor Tour?
“The tour is named after Cloverdale’s third generation owner, Don Russell, who carved a lasting legacy in the company. Don’s love for barbecue and smoked meats led Cloverdale to focus on quality processed meats, which is still the main focus of the company today. His commitment to the community, family values, and unsurpassed quality and flavor expectations are what fueled the idea behind the Big Flavor Tour. The touring unit includes a fully equipped 40-foot kitchen trailer and promotional truck.”

Why is it important for Cloverdale to get involved with Bison tailgating?

“Tailgating at NDSU is a big celebration and we’re excited to be a part of it! Cloverdale has proudly supported the Bison over the past few years giving out free samples at Cloverdale’s VIP tent thanks to NDSU’s BBQ Bootcamp team. This will be the first year with both the BBQ Bootcamp and Don Russell’s Big Flavor Tour trailers.”

What does the company hope to accomplish with the Big Flavor tour?

“The tour was developed to build a deeper relationship with our consumers through product sampling and interaction. You’ll find exclusive recipe and serving suggestion ideas, valuable coupons and freshly prepared Big Flavor products. Visit http://cloverdalefoods.com/ to sign up for our fan club, the Taste Buds, or find us on Facebook!”
